Danielle Rugoff has over two decades of experience in nonprofit management and government affairs focused on social entrepreneurship, bipartisan solution creation, and American foreign policy. Most recently, Danielle served as the Head of Movement Activation and Partnerships for Starts With Us/Builders, an effort to rebuild America’s problem-solving muscle and prove that no policy issue is truly intractable. Prior to Builders, Danielle held leadership roles at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, Alder and Hillel International. Danielle is the founder of The Purple Lexicon, a linguistic data tool to help private and public sector leaders communicate effectively across the political spectrum. She believes in community building, civic engagement, and the transformational power of individuals to change the world.
